Our "Hassle-less" Return Policy:

As our aim is to make you a satisfied customer, our Return Policy is as simple as it could be, any purchase can be returned for a refund or a replacement with another product within 2 weeks of the purchase.

All Returns should be complete and in the original packaging (Sealed, Unopened, Not used) with all accessories and documentation (Hardcopy and CD/DVD Media…etc.)

Shipping Fees and other special fees will be deducted from purchase whether it was eligible to free shipping or not.

I received a defective/damaged item, What will be done?

All Products sold through OneRoofStore are sold with Local Distributors' Warranty, in the case, the product was found defective due to factory-build the product will be replaced without any extra cost during the first 30 days, if the product was found defective due to usage/not under warranty conditions, the item will be maintained and the customer will be informed of the cost prior to maintenance activity

Who pays for the shipping charges when I return an item?

Shipping charges will be paid by OneRoofStore in case of a defective product, In case you changed your mind after you received the order, Shipping and return fees will be deducted from the refunded amount

What does it mean by ‘Original Packaging’ never opened (Sealed & Closed Box)?

A brand-new, not used, unopened, Not tested, undamaged item in its original packaging. Packaging should be the same as when it was delivered to you.

Can I  Exchange an item rather than a refund?

This is applicable if the product is refundable "Defective" in the first 30 days, or in the first 14 days but it should be with original packaging, not used, not opened, sealed, and as received, refund/replacement value will follow the normal refund process and deductions mentioned above.

How can I receive a refund if I paid by Credit Card/valU/Cash on Delivery?

Refund will be processed the same way you used to pay for, So if you used a credit card it will be refunded to your credit card, if you paid by valU it will be refunded to your valU account, If you paid by cash on delivery, We will need a bank account to transfer the money to.
