Our "Hassle-less" Return Policy:

As our aim is to make you a satisfied customer, our Return Policy is as simple as it could be, any purchase can be return for a refund or a replacement with another product within 2 weeks of purchase

All Returns should be in complete and original packaging with all accessories and documentation (Hardcopy and CD/DVD Media…etc.)

Shipping Fees and other special fees will be deducted from purchase whether it was eligible to free shipping or not.

If the product was opened and for any reason, the product won't be working with your setup a refund will be done with a deduction of 10 % from the order.

What if there is a problem with my order? 

Though it might be unlikely to have a problem with your order, just call or send us an email with the order number and what’s wrong with it and we’ll get back to you and find a suitable solution that satisfies you. Our Aim is your satisfaction so we’ll do whatever it takes to make you a satisfied Customer


What if I receive a defected Product?

All Products sold through OneRoofStore are sold with Local Distributors Warranty, in the case the product was found defective due to factory build the product will be replaced without any extra cost, if the product was found defective due to usage/not under warranty conditions, item will be maintained and the customer will be informed of the cost prior to maintenance activity

  • Personal Items (Earphones, Headphones…etc.)
  • Special Orders
  • Softwares
  • Over-sized or Over Weight Items (50 KG+ )
  • Discontinued Products or Used products
  • Drums Accessories
  • Wind Instruments including mouthpieces
  • Cables
