This model is the entry level of the DG line: an affordable yet great sounding cajon. ll made with top quality birch plywood, it also features an innovative and patented snare system: the Pre Tuned Tapa. This device consists of ten wire springs which are stuck in the inner side of the beating surface of the cajon with high resistance thermic glue at an optimum tension. This way the percussionist doesn't have to worry about tuning the snares, and the risk of string breakage is greatly diminished. An innovative and simple approach that delivers a very good tone and snare effect.
